Our Shepherds:
Dennis Hanes
Dennis has been an elder at Green Forest since May of 2012. He and his wife, Beverly, have two adult sons, Eric and Dusty. Dennis is semi-retired as a CPA at Kraft, Miles & Tatum.
Ray Sowell
Ray is a long-time elder and member at Green Forest. He and his wife, Doris, have four adult children as well as three adult foster kids, whom they raised. Ray is semi-retired, as he works part-time in maintenance of the church building.
Billy Swiney
Billy has been an elder at Green Forest since May of 2012. He and his wife, Cathy, have two adult children, Sara and Shonna. Billy is retired after working with the United States Department of Agriculture for many years.
Jeremy McAtee
Jeremy became an elder at Green Forest in July 2022. He and his wife, Andrea, have three children, Morgan, Raegan, and Elijah. Jeremy works at M&A, an Electric Power Co-op.
